Okay, if you’re like me, the thought of fasting to lose weight doesn’t exactly sound appealing. I’d much rather chow down on some tasty food all day than starve myself. But the truth is, it’s the most effective way to lose pure fat!

Well I created this site to inform you that it IS right. Very right actually!

Like I said, I’ve never been too fond of fasting to lose weight. Quite frankly, my stomach would growl after just a few hours of not eating a juicy burger. But I love body transformation. I love being able to lose weight at a rapid rate, or pack on 20 pounds of muscle in just a few months.

See, I’ve tried just about every popular diet plan on the market to date.

I’ve tried:

  • Protein and fat only diets
  • Low carb and high carb diets
  • Paleo diet
  • Atkins diet

But no matter how intense the training or diet plan, I wasn’t finding the results I wanted! Extreme diets weren’t working, drinking the same protein drinks every single day got tiresome, and none of my work was paying off!

Eventually, I stumbled upon a program for fasting to lose weight.

Now, I’m a pretty skeptical person. Especially considering all of the products/programs that I’ve attempted in the past.

But being the guinea pig I am and having such a big interest in nutrition, I tried it.

And this is what I discovered…

The diet plan was simple to follow and it raised my energy levels within the first week. The workout manuals were very detailed while still easy to read and learn from. After the first week of fasting, I had lost 6 pounds of PURE FAT. My energy level had risen noticeably. By week 8, I lost over 20 pounds of fat! I dropped 2 pant sizes. On the other hand, I gained 6 pounds of lean muscle and my energy was far greater than I ever thought it could be. It felt as if I was permanently on a coffee pill… and I feel like that all day!

Thus, I had no issues implementing the information I learned from the manuals in the gym.

It was effortless to follow and the results were undeniable! Now, I did find a few negative things with it. The main concern I had was some poor grammar and punctuation at times, but nonetheless, the program is what I paid for, and it was money well spent!

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my results. This program really did change my life, and it could change yours. But even with this program hand fed to you, you will still need to get out of bed and get it done. I worked to achieve the results I wanted… and so can you!

I can confidently say that after years of searching, I finally found the one thing that helped me achieve my personal goal of losing weight.

Fructose – Learn Your Sugars

Meet Matt Stone,

So I hope you watched the video above. Matt is a big Ray Peat advocate. And for good reason. I am too an advocate of Ray Peat. I think the research that he does is brilliant and pretty damn spot on.  I have learned a lot from him over the past few years and I strongly urge you to read some of his articles.

He is completely unbiased when completing these tests in the lab and he never sells anything… which is rare these days. Matt speaks about the differences seen between fructose and glucose. What he found was that fructose lowered leptin levels and glucose raised them. Leptin increases sex drive, lowers hunger cravings, and speeds up the metabolism. So he stresses that fructose has a negative effect on our bodies. Glucose however was found to be useful and quite necessary for our bodies.

When people come to me for advice on fasting to lose weight I give them a detailed diet as well. The clients with the best results are the one that are not only fasting but having the correct sugars in their diet. If you consume a lot of fructose without glucose you run the risk of obesity and other negative factors such as acne.

Fasting for Health and Longevity – Does it work?

Can you really increase your health and longevity by fasting? That’s what we’re here to find out…

That’s right, fasting to lose weight has been the talk in the fitness world for some time now. Although it’s fairly new to the science world, fasting has been around for much longer than you and I. Cultures have been fasting for centuries, and now we can see why.

The studies being done on fasting and its ability for weight loss have been nothing but promising. People show a steady decrease in pure fat cells while still maintaing their muscle mass. This is something that health practitioners today can’t fathom. Especially after all the extensive research that tells us not to skip any meals.

Guess their shaking their heads right now. For years it was expectable to the public to fast on certain holidays or for cultural reasons. Now, I guarantee fasting will be the number one solution to pure fat loss.

And I stand by that. Fasting is so effective that I lost 20 pounds of fat in 2 months… and other than intermittent fasting, I didn’t change my diet at all!

If you have fat to lose and muscle to gain, look into fasting, and you will thank me for it.

Fasting Twins – The fasting Sensations

Meet the fasting twins.

While these guys may be out of their minds, you can see that they are clearly ripped. And although they are slow to the point and they curse a lot, they have some good knowledge of the topic of fasting.

They have been fasting to lose weight for quite some time now, and they built their entire workout regimen around it. When you stop eating for a long period of time, hormonally speaking, good things occur. However, fasting must be very strategic and it can be harmful just like anything else when done wrong.

These twins have a very good workout itinerary and the best thing they do is stick to it! You must stick to whatever works for you and hopefully that is through fasting. You will see results in a week and you will start having the confidence you lack in a few months. I know this because I was in your position (assuming you are in this position), and I know what it feels like. But I made a change. I got out of bed and read online for what works and what doesn’t.

I found a lot of what doesn’t work, but later in life I learned that was good. Because now I can steer people in the right direction and I can stop them from turning the wrong way.

The right way is fasting, and it’s what I will always recommend my clients and friends.

Is fasting really that tough?

The Answer is no.

Fasting has been around far longer than you and I. Many cultures have integrated some form of fasting as either a ritual or dietary program. However, the thought of actively starving ourselves for a period of time can still sound unorthodox to most people. So why do it? Why withhold from eating the delicious foods that constantly surround us?

I’ll tell you why…

BECAUSE YOU CAN LOSE A TON OF PURE FAT WHILE STILL GAINING MUSCLE! And if that’s not enough, after the first two weeks your body becomes completely acclimated to the fasting diet and you will never experience an issue. You see, fasting when done correctly, is completely safe. Not only is it safe, but it’s actually very healthy for you.

So if you’re trying to lose weight and/or gain muscle mass… look into fasting to lose weight and I guarantee you will thank me later. I have never seen such positive results from one facet of dieting. My biggest issue is that I didn’t find the fasting program that worked for me until after I attempted many different diet programs. Fortunately  after years of being a guinea pig, I can finally say I’ve found the one that works for me!

Fasting and Exercise – Immediate Weight Loss Results

Meet Brad Pilon,

Brad is a huge fasting to lose weight advocate. Not long ago, he came up with a fasting program called ‘Eat Stop Eat.’ He has many years of experience when it comes to both fasting and losing fat. If you watched the video, it’s your loss if you didn’t, you will see that fasting has an extremely similar response on the body as exercise does.

When I say response, I mean hormonal response. Hormones are everything, they effect your thoughts, feeling, and just about everything else. And because of science, we can now see that fasting has an enormous impact on losing pure fat. By fasting, you can build muscle mass and lose fat storages at the same time!

That’s right. Of all the clients that I work with, the most successful results come from the people who are intermittent fasting. Hands down. You can try to argue facts, but it’s ill-advised. I now recommend Brad’s program to every client that I train.

In addition, I too have joined the fasting world, and let me tell you, I’ll never go back. Between the high energy levels and the amazing body transformation that I underwent, I can’t imagine not feeling this good. The results are FAST, the program is CHEAP, and I couldn’t be happier.

Need to lose fat AND build muscle? – Why not tackle them both!

I’m constantly trying to find the best way to build muscle and lose fat. But I found that not many people attempt both at the same time.

While there are numerous ways to do both, I’ve found more success when training people to build muscle and loss weight at the same process. Although, keep in mind that I’m an advocate of fasting to lose weight and all of its benefits. But if fasting is not your deal, don’t worry about it.

Spending months trying to pack on some extra muscle by eating god knows, just to eventually go back and work on losing the excess fat you put on, doesn’t sound too efficient.

I’ve seen people stuff themselves with just about anything they can in order to bulk up. On the other hand, people focus on burning fat and they completely disregard their muscles.

I’ve never seen the need to focus on one at a time. There really is no need. It’s much more effective to take on both tasks at the same time.

I’d much rather take on both tasks at one time and save myself the time and money. Assuming that you feel the same, I recommend that you incorporate a diet program that constitutes taking on both subjects.

So if you’re trying to lose weight and build muscle as well, save yourself some gym time by taking on both protocols. Your results will come much faster and I personally guarantee that you will thank me for it!
