Like I said, I’ve never been too fond of fasting to lose weight. Quite frankly, my stomach would growl after just a few hours of not eating a juicy burger. But I love body transformation. I love being able to lose weight at a rapid rate, or pack on 20 pounds of muscle in just a few months.

Eventually, I stumbled upon a program for fasting to lose weight.
Now, I’m a pretty skeptical person. Especially considering all of the products/programs that I’ve attempted in the past.

The diet plan was simple to follow and it raised my energy levels within the first week. The workout manuals were very detailed while still easy to read and learn from. After the first week of fasting, I had lost 6 pounds of PURE FAT. My energy level had risen noticeably. By week 8, I lost over 20 pounds of fat! I dropped 2 pant sizes. On the other hand, I gained 6 pounds of lean muscle and my energy was far greater than I ever thought it could be. It felt as if I was permanently on a coffee pill… and I feel like that all day!
Thus, I had no issues implementing the information I learned from the manuals in the gym.
It was effortless to follow and the results were undeniable! Now, I did find a few negative things with it. The main concern I had was some poor grammar and punctuation at times, but nonetheless, the program is what I paid for, and it was money well spent!
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my results. This program really did change my life, and it could change yours. But even with this program hand fed to you, you will still need to get out of bed and get it done. I worked to achieve the results I wanted… and so can you!
